Returns

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Return Authorization: We will respond to your email within 3 business days with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the address provided in the return authorization email. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Partial Refunds: Certain situations may result in only partial refunds (if applicable):
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@mossyofficial.com with your order number and details of the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
